If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within thirty days for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please be advised that you are responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. However, shipping charges and the restocking fee will be waived if we are in error. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by us before being accepted. Do not send merchandise back to us before notifying us. Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
Conditions: Merchandise must be in new, unused condition. Merchandise must be returned unopened in original packaging, including all contents. Merchandise must be shipped in a protective box, in additional to the manufactures packaging. Please pack the item carefully. We will not accept products that have been damaged in shipping due to mishandling or poor packaging.
Damaged Merchandise: In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. A damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Do not dispose of the box or packing materials, the carrier may need them to determine liability.
Manufacture's Warranty: Products are sold with individual Manufacture's Warranty. Other than the Manufacture's express written Warranty, all products are sold as is and without any implied warranty from Neptune Aquariums. Neptune Aquariums, NeptuneAquariums.com, Neptune Aquariums Online, Neptune Aquarium Design assume no responsibility or liability for Manufacture's Warranty claims. Within the thirty day return period, we will return the defective item to the Manufacture as Buyer's agent. Beyond the thirty day period, all Warranty's must be returned to the Manufacture. We will assist you however we can to ensure your product is repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Freight or transportation costs required to replace or repair any product under Manufacture's Warranty will be at buyer's expense. We reserve the right to replace with an identical or equivalent product or issue a store credit.
